Creepy Casting: The Caller

Brittany Murphy, Luis Guzman and True Blood’s Stephen Moyer have all landed roles in The Caller, Alcove Entertainment’s upcoming horror film.
With a screenplay written by Sergio Casci and director Matthew Parkhill attached the film follows Mary Kee, a disturbed divorcee, who starts to receive strange phone calls and soon she finds herself feeling haunted in her own home. Things pick up as she discovers the person on the other end of the calls is in the past. Realizing that her only chance at survival lies in killing the caller she is faced with the difficulties of killing someone from the past.
The Caller seems to be collecting a few interesting cast members, although we may be sick of supernatural thrillers involving mysterious phone calls that can kill you.
