Stargate Coming to DVD

Although it was jump started after the original 1994 Stargate film, the television career of the franchise began with the SG-1 pilot “Children of the Gods,” which picked up where the movie left off. This introduced an audience to a new galaxy – a world of friends and enemies that became television’s longest running science fiction series. 
MGM Home Entertainment is releasing the re-mastered, re-cut and re-imagined, Emmy nominated feature length pilot on DVD.

So what will Stargate SG-1: Chidren of the Gods Final Cut include?
Without altering the author’s vision of the pilot, the visual effects have been enhanced, the soundtrack now includes an entirely original score and the new final cut features a more concise story line.
